Florence- Meeting of the General Assembly of CPMR.On 4 to 7 November 2015 in Florence Italy, took place of the General Assembly of CPMR(Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions). This European body has a beginning in the 1978 and is very important because consists of 150 regions of Europe that carry a population of over 200 million of inhabitants.

This European body has a beginning in the 1978 and is very important because consists of 150 regions of Europe that carry a population of over 200 million of inhabitants. They cooperate in order that the European decision-making institutions and national take into account their interests and exchange through joint projects good practices in favor of increasing their assets. The Regional Council Shkodra already member more than two years and adheres to the Inter-Mediterranean Commission, was represented by the Presidetn of the Regional Council of Shkoder Mrs. Greta Bardeli and the Foreign Relations Advisor Mr. Andrea Jakova. At the meeting of the General Assembly in Florence, the strong points of the debate were: 1. Migration and the role of the regions and local authorities in the reception, cultural and economic integration of newcomers from other countries and continents. 2. Develop solidarity asymmetric or a reduction in differences in development or for development by the standards of a global orientation. Communication and transport interconnection between regions and attracting funds for infrastructure projects etc. While at work within the Task Force EUSAIR Strategy, in which the panel were invited to the Managing Authority of the IPA CBC Abbruzo, Avv. Paola del Salvatore, Managing Authority Interreg- Adrion, Silvia Grandi, a program soon to be launched within the first 10 days of next month. President of the Region of Ionian Islands Theodoros Galiasatos, Mr.Francesco Cocco of Molise, as well as some representatives of successful projects that have contributed and supported the strategy EUSAIR, moderated by Enrico Mayrhoher, communications director of the CPMR. Regional Council presented not only as a partner working his within this project AdroGov, but the contribution of other partners, the concrete results of this project by President Mrs. Greta Bardeli, which along with the submission of the activities developed in our county made a rrezume to all the work of partners that have contributed to the project AdriGov. At the end of the discussions were elected the President TASK FORCE EUSAIR and unanimously was appointed president of this Task Force, taking both the mandate, together with the operating structures of the CPMR to cooperate work on finding more efficient ways to develop EUSAIR policies, not only in the western side of the Adriatic-Ionian birth. So the presidency concerned this time the pass President of the Regional Council of Shkodra Mrs. Greta Bardeli. During the days of the conference, the delegation of Shkodra Regional Council agreed to write and present a project with the Region of Liguria, within the current call IADSA program.
