As part of the project was held in Podgorica AdriGov Institutional Technical Meeting (ITC) and (PMU) of the Project Management Unit, May 13, 2014, according to the agenda attached. In this meeting they discussed the progress of the project in all partner countries, plans for the coming months as well as the financial situation of the project.

As part of the project was held in Podgorica AdriGov Institutional Technical Meeting (ITC) and (PMU) of the Project Management Unit, May 13, 2014, according to the agenda attached. In this meeting they discussed the progress of the project in all partner countries, plans for the coming months as well as the financial situation of the project.All partners made a presentation on the project’s situation and discussed and settled dates for future activities. Also during the afternoon of 13 developed and Workshop “Small and Medium Enterprises and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Development – Comparative Analysis in IPA Countries”. In this workshop presentations were made by the President of the Municipality of Kotor and AdriGov presentation of the project by the Coordinator of the Molise Region AdriGov Mr. Francesco COCCO. Welcoming speech delivered the Director of Development of SMEs in Montenegro. In the second part of the meeting invited respective presentations made by the Municipality of Kotor, on the topics of SME development and FDI, and ongoing material “Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and development of Foreign Direct Investment FDI: a comparative analysis of Project IPA beneficiary countries “. Mr. Benoit conjecture, Informest (Regional Development Agency and international economic cooperation). AdriGov by the Council of Shkodra is the preparation of descriptive material about Albania.Second day meeting took place on May 14 First meeting of the Committee for Economic Affairs of the Adriatic-Ionian Euroregion. The meeting was part of County Mayors Back AEI members and representatives of the Italian Regions, Croatia, Albania, Durres and Vlora Region, and partners AdriGov. Tirana County Chairman as President of the Commission for Economic Affairs made his presentation about the latest developments of SMEs in Albania as well as the need for policy guidelines and innovation. Mayor of Shkodra delivered his narrative about the latest situation of foreign direct investment in Albania. In this activity Cungu delegation consisted of President, Project leader of the local lord AdriGov and Specialist Mr. Andrew Jakova. Blessing Mema, who in addition to active participation in panels and held bilateral meetings with partners. At the conclusion of the meeting were open discussions about EAI meetings planned during the current period.
